Gary is a native Texas born in Dallas and raised in Euless. He attended college and seminary here locally and has been ministering to people for over 50 years.

In that time, he has preached the gospel on every continent of this earth. Over the years, he has served in virtually every capacity. He is the author of Essentials of the Faith that has gained international popularity.

As the saying goes, “I cut my teeth on the church nursery cribs.”



I was raised in church and made a personal decision to follow Jesus when I was 11. I began working in children’s ministry in high school and was enthralled with the idea of pointing little ones to Christ. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:14) In the process of learning to love these purest of souls with the love of Christ, God has taught me more than I have ever learned in listening to even the best teaching.

Children show us the way of our Father through their innocent understanding of pure love. It is my desire to point even the youngest of these to Jesus through His love and the basic Bible stories found in His Word.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 1999. We have four children – Nathan, Elijah, Kadynce, and Josiah.

I grew up in church but walked away in my 20's. Thru much praying by my family and the people in this church I came to a service and God radically touched me that day.

Over the years I have grown in the Lord and He has shown me how to walk with Him. God has shown me that He will take care of me at all times.
